ProviDental Clinic & Volleyball
Day 41 - November 22, 2021
Editing was the plan for today and quite a bit is now complete. After editing two galleries, I went and photographed some behind the scenes of a dental clinic renovation. It looks so nice and is going to be a huge help to the community once it opens. The rest of the day I spent listening to music and reading Philemon which is a letter from the apostle Paul to a slave owner asking for the freedom of his runaway slave. I like reading about how God calls His people to be counter cultural and live different for the sake of others not just for the fun of it.
Later in the evening I was able to go to the kids home and meet a new group of guys. These guys were all 9th grade and up but I had a solid foot of height on all of them. We played volleyball for an hour and I look like I rolled about in mud because it rained earlier today. We all need baths.
They gave us a two minute warning and we played right past. But then the volleyball popped so we had to call it a night. I still haven’t been able to get any of the boys headshots done because by the time we make it out to the home it is dark. Maybe by the end of the year they will all be completed.
Needless to say, my heart is full and I am going to be so sore in the morning!
